Justin T. Hayden

Justin T. Hayden earned a B.A. in Political Science from Belmont University, cum laude, in 2004, and a J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law in 2008, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Writing and Research.
 
Mr. Hayden practices creditor litigation, construction law, collections, foreclosures and representation of creditors in bankruptcy. He was named Belmont University College of Law American Inn of Court Outstanding Mentor of the Year (2014) and Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Stars® (2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017) for creditors’ rights.  He is a member of the Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, and Nashville Bar Associations.
